Our space on Warmoesberg 49 has hosted team building events that ranged from chocolate workshops to beer tastings to sip & paint sessions to full-on karaoke nights. The trick is giving people a fun activity in a great space with good drinks. Thats it. Thats the secret to team building that doesn't make everyone want to quit.

The downstairs space (30 people) is perfect for smaller team activities — think workshops, creative sessions, strategy games. The upstairs (120 people) works for bigger groups that want to mix activities with socializing. Either way, you've got a bar right there, which is honestly what makes team building tolerable for most adults.

Companies from the EU Quarter, Leopold Park area, and around Schuman have been booking us for team building regularly. One marketing agency from Avenue Louise does quarterly team events here. They rotate between chocolate workshops, cocktail making, and just straight-up party nights. Their retention rate is apparently really good. Coincidence? Maybe not.

Team building venue pricing at The Unusual is simple — flat rental fee for the space, plus whatever activities you want to add. We can organize chocolate workshops and beer tastings in-house. For other activities, you're free to bring your own facilitator.
