When people ask us "where can I find a private party space in Brussels?" we try not to sound too excited, but honestly — our venue was literally built for private parties. The Unusual on Warmoesberg 49 has everything you need to throw a proper party.

Upstairs: stage, DJ booth, disco ball, booth seating, ambient lighting, and a full bar. Downstairs: cozy lounge area, projector, speakers, and another bar. You can rent one floor or both. Total capacity is 150 people when you take the whole venue.

We've hosted every kind of private party you can imagine. Engagement parties, graduation celebrations, divorce parties (yes, really, and it was amazing), going-away parties, reunion parties, "just because" parties. Every weekend theres something happening here, and every Monday we're cleaning up confetti.

Private party space in Brussels city centre is hard to find at a reasonable price. Hotel ballrooms charge thousands. Restaurant back rooms are cramped and depressing. We offer something in between — a real venue with real atmosphere at prices that won't ruin you. Non-business hours start at €85 for the upstairs space.

You bring the people and the energy. We bring the space and the drinks. Our bar has craft Belgian beers, wines, specialty cocktails, and a full non-alcoholic menu. You can bring your own DJ, your own catering, your own decorations — we just ask that all drinks come from our bar.

The location is unbeatable. Two minutes from Grand Place, right next to Central Station. Your guests can metro, bus, or walk here from anywhere in Brussels. And when the party's over at 3 or 4am, taxis and night buses are right outside.
