Every December we get the same message about 50 times: "Do you still have availability for a holiday party?" And honestly? We fill up fast. Holiday party venue bookings in Brussels are competitive, especially near Grand Place where all the Christmas markets are happening.

The Unusual on Warmoesberg 49 is basically designed for holiday parties. Imagine this: disco ball spinning, moody lighting, your own DJ on stage, Belgian beers flowing at the bar, and your whole team or friend group having the time of their lives. That's what our holiday parties look like.

Last Christmas we hosted about 15 different holiday parties in December alone. Office Christmas parties, friend group celebrations, family gatherings, even a New Years Eve pre-party that went absolutely wild. The upstairs space fits 120 people and comes with a stage, DJ booth, and photo booth area. Downstairs adds another 30 and has its own bar and projector.

Lots of companies in the EU Quarter and around Rogier book us for their end-of-year celebrations. They're tired of the typical hotel restaurant thing where everyone sits at assigned tables and goes home by 10. Here, people dance til 3am. Thats a better holiday party if you ask us.

Holiday party venue pricing depends on the day and time — weekday evenings start at €85 for the upstairs. But December books up quick so don't wait til November to reach out. Seriously, we had people crying last year because they waited too long.

You can bring your own catering, decorations, and DJ. Drinks from our bar only — craft beers, wines, cocktails, hot chocolate, and all the festive drinks you could want.
