Our venue on Warmoesberg 49 has everything you need for a conference. Upstairs holds up to 120 people with a proper stage for speakers, a projector for presentations, a professional sound system, and booth seating for attendees. The downstairs space adds another 30 seats with its own projector and bar — perfect for breakout sessions or networking.
We've had tech meetups, marketing conferences, and even a small literary festival here. One group from the European Quarter rented the whole venue for a day-long summit — presentations in the morning, panel discussions after lunch, cocktail reception in the evening. All in one place. No switching venues, no logistics headaches.
Conference venue hire in Brussels city centre usually means paying through the nose for a space that has zero personality. The Unusual is different. You get character, you get a bar (which makes every conference better), and you get a location thats two minutes from Central Station. Attendees coming from Antwerp, Ghent, or even Paris by Thalys can walk right over.
Catering is flexible — bring your own or ask us about options. We handle the drinks from our bar with everything from specialty coffee to Belgian beers and cocktails.
