CHOCOLATE CHIP MUFFINS IN BRUSSELS

We bake our chocolate chip muffins fresh at The Unusual on Rue Montagne aux Herbes Potagères 49. Belgian chocolate chunks — not tiny chips, actual chunks — folded into a soft, slightly dense muffin batter. The tops get that nice crackly dome and the chocolate gets all melty inside.
