The bakery at The Unusual isn't huge, but everything in it is fresh. Every single day. We don't do day-old pastries. When something's gone, its gone, and tomorrow we start over with a new batch.

We're on rue Montagne aux Herbes Potagères 49, Bruxelles between Grand Place and Central Station. A lot of people from the Marollen and around Sainte-Catherine swing by in the morning for a pastry and a coffee. Office workers from near Bourse grab a bagel on their commute.
